MS Elbow Size Range

  • MS Elbows are available in a wide range of sizes from 1/2" NB (Nominal Bore) to 48" NB
  • The most common sizes are 1/2", 1", 2", 3", 4", 6", 8", 10", 12", 16", 20" and up to 48"

Wall Thickness

  • MS Elbows are manufactured in various wall thicknesses or schedules, ranging from schedule 10s to 80s
  • The wall thickness can range from 1/8" to 20" depending on the size and schedule

Pressure Ratings

  • MS Elbows can withstand high pressures, up to 250 psi at elevated temperatures
  • The pressure rating depends on the size, wall thickness, and material grade

Bending Radius

  • MS Elbows are available in different bending radii, such as 1D, 2D, 3D, 5D, 6D, 8D, 10D or custom radii
  • The bending radius is the distance from the center of the pipe to the center of the bend, expressed as a multiple of the pipe diameter (D)

Material Standards

  • MS Elbows are typically manufactured to standards like ASTM A234, MSS SP-75, ASME B16.9, DIN2615, JIS B2312
  • Carbon steel Elbow: A234WPB, A420WPL6 St37,St45, E24, A42CP, 16Mn, Q345, P245GH, P235GH, P265GH, P280GH,P295GH,P355GH etc.
  • The most common material grades are A234 WPB for seamless elbows and weld elbows

Connection Types
